My feet sweat a lot no matter winter or summer. It's better in Winter because I wear cotton socks or pantyhose.
Any tips can share?
I take show ever morning and night, and in addition to that, I will, once a week:
1. Bath my feet in a basin of hot water for 15 minutes.
2. remove all dead skin etc.
3. wear socks, but can only wear pantyhose in the office, I know they are not in absorbent materials, I don't think there is any absorbent material pantyhose in the market, am I wrong?
4. Use Gehwol foot powder
What else I can do? when summer is coming, I don't wear pantyhose and I sometimes take off my shoes when I am sitting in my own office. |

critic, there are a few tips for you:
1. the antiperspirant that are used for underarms can be used on your feet, too. It stops the sweat and the smell at the same time.
2. mix a quart of water with adding half a cup of kosher salt (it has a drying effect) and soak your feet in the solution. After soaking, don't rinse your feet; just dry them thoroughly.
3. Sprinkle the inside of your shoes with cornstarch to help absorb moisture and keep your feet drier.

Make sure you don't have toenail fungus. I heard that it causes smelly feet and many people don't know they have it because their toenails don't look abnormal like the pictures in the medical books. |

I swear by Odor Eaters brand foot powder. They keep my feet dry and completely odor free, even when not wearing socks.
Additionally, they stop that slapping sound that can come from sticking in some sandals and mules. |

Thank you very much!
On top of that, I have tried bathing my feet in hot tea. |

I'm going to ask a family friend what she uses. She's very serious about her feet, on them all day for work. It's some kind of spray I think. I used to use it when I was younger...
Make sure your shoes are nice and breathable in the summer. |
