Urgent, Please help me, how to use the voucher?

Hi,
I have sent 3 emails to EDS, but up to now, there's no response. And my voucher will be expired next day, Can anyone please help me how to use the voucher?

After I click checkout, I fill in the Voucher code, but it shows out a message that the voucher can only use one time, it is so weird, because I never use the voucher before. And the total amount did not deduct the voucher price. so it is normal? Is that EDS will help me to deduct the voucher price by their staff manually? Or there's something wrong with my voucher?

You want to place an order for more than $50. which will let you take full advantage of the "one time use" voucher..

During the checkout process, after you've filled in the voucher code in the notes section, on the following page your total will reflect the final price after your discount is applied.

You can then follow up with an email, for further verification..

I've always found EDS customer service to be outstanding... There is also a "live chat" feature, that you can take advantage of..
