I got a sample of Valmont Nature Moisturizing with a Mask. It came with my last order from EDS. My mother was in town this weekend and wanted to borrow a mask from me. She tried the Valmont sample and loved it ...She decided to keep the entire tube (good for 2 applications)... so there, I guess based on my mother's review, It was a great hydrating mask. I hope EDS will send me another sample in my next order .

Best mask I ever use is SK II mask. Upon application, my face have an instant replenishment of water. Which makes my skin supple and soft. Easy application, tear the mask from the bag and place the paper on the face. No washing and rinsing.

I like Dr. Renaud Elastin-Collagen mask.

Still do not have courage to try Valmont Collagen mask (550CAD) Anxious

My bf was leaving to Europe and asked me what I want as a gift, and I almost said "Valmont..um.." but then it hit me that if he finds out about the Valmont prices... I will be in big trouble as half of my shelf is full with Valmont products Laughing

Pure honey.

I have used store bought masks - some HE, some DS - liked some, loathed some but nothing beats good old pure honey. Calming, soothing, hydrating... if I need to unclog my pores and hydrate my skin at the same time, I'll just add a couple of aspirins.

Dr. Hauschka has two that are wonderful and worth my re-orders. One is the rejuvenating and the other is the moisturizing mask. I also use a little bit of it all over every night as a night cream.

I currently use one I got from Sasa. Its called Silk Whitia Highly Concentrated Hydration mask. Its only about $4? And it feels like a spa! I use this once a week and I leave it on for an hour.

Everyone should try it. Its amazing... Its a great pick me up for a refreshed look within an hour. Sometimes if I'm going for an event, I'll just put on this mask 1 hour before I get ready and it really brings my dull face back to life. Immediate results and it lasts for about a week.

NUXE MASQUE FRAIS HYDRATANT is very relaxing and moisturizing.

Here are the ingredients:

It also has decent reviews on makeupalley.

I've used this two.. They are good. But I didn't compare them with Avene and PTR. So don't know if they are better.

Living Nature has a fantastic Hydrating Gel mask. It's extremely soothing, and leaves your skin nicely hydrated and plumped-up. The drawback is that it is a smell that can only be described as honeyed manure! If you can put up with that (and I think it's worth it), then definitely give it a try.

Best soothing hydrating mask is Manuka honey, yogurt, or a mix of honey and yogurt. Cheap and effective!

I've used Avene's hydrating mask but as it contains mineral oil, after a few uses, I started to break out with blackheads.
In my quest to find a hydrating product to ease my peelies from retin-A and the cold weather, I found Silk Whitia whitening and moisturising mask. Its a sheet mask which you place on your face and peel it off after 15-20 minutes. I only discovered this mask 3 months ago and its working great for the peelies I get but I'm not so sure whether it'll be as hydrating in winter. If you dont want any whitening properties, you could go for their deep hydrating mask, which works similarly and has the same gel serum
