| Well it's that time of year where we start showing some skin. I exercise, dry brush, drink lots of water, and eat right but I was thinking about adding a body firming lotion to the routine. There are so many to chose from and do they really even work? If anyone could lead me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it....Smiles |

I've recently been using NO7 Perfect and Protect Body Serum and I'm surprised that I actually really like it. It has definitely smoothed my skin, and I find it's helping firm my skin, though perhaps it's in my mind.
I also have the Elemis Pro Collagen Radiantly Smooth Body Cream, though I haven't used it yet. I have heard some good reports though, but it's quite expensive. |

| I've used Philosophy's firming body lotion for over a year without feeling like I was getting any firming. It's a nice lotion but I just don't know if firming is too much to ask. |
