Hi Suzann! I just saw this thread and had a good laugh..
Looks like the army of users who PM me regularly wish to keep it a secret..  I'm sorry you got left hanging..

I'm hoping for a new Kassy creation combining AHA/BHA in any base for treatment of milia. This was suggested by a skin care specialist (but of course it was a product Sephora sells).
Any ideas, anyone? TIA
