I have got some sun spots under my left eye and it has got worse since the summer begins. I tried chemical peel and laser before and the spots come back again after a few years. Have you had any experience with safe and effective way to deal with this headache? |

Still trying to find the cure, too, but my question for you is do you avoid the sun like the plague? I heard if you expose your face to the sun all the spots come back with a vengence. |

I have been religiously putting physical sunblock SPF 58 year round and plus I hardly stay in sun for more than 20 mins except driving. My skin turns red if I had sun for more than an hour straight, even with sunblock on. |

Use physical sunblock with SPF higher than 30, also, drink fresh vegetable or fruit juice everyday, which will help. Of course it will take very long time~ but really of some help! |

I was able to remove a spot with the TCA Complex, did a 2 layer peel, I have mentioned that here before. The spot has not come back. I do put on sunscreen every day (just Baby Blanket, a drugstore brand), but I am not religious about reapplying and I garden and work in the yard a lot. |

DDF Fade Gel worked quite rapidly on two spots that DH had. Applied just on the spots at bedtime, then sunblock in a.m. |

Many companies offer brightening serums.
I like L'Occitane Immortalle Brightening Serum
I also use the AntiAging LightSim

with success. Husband has noticed that the spots are lighter and some are gone entirely.
