| I just received my first order of 1000 Hour Eyelash Dye Kit from Parnell Pharmacy that I read about on this board. Unfortunately, they mischarged my credit card by $10.30. My receipt online was $13.41 PLUS shipping $4.79 totaling $$18.20 but my Credit Card was charged $28.50. Has anyone else had this experience? |

| Update..Parnell Pharmacy just emailed me that the confusion was the enclosed receipt with my product is in NZ currency but that my CC would be billed in USA currency which would not be $28.50 but the agreed upon $18.20. I will call my CC to verify. Just wanted to update. Didnt want to give this company a bad rap if undue. |

2nd Update.....After posting, I opened my box of 1000 Hours only to discover that the bottle inside had a loose top and half of the contents had leaked out when shipped. I again contacted the company and they promptly replied that a new complete package would be delivered without charge. Company looking pretty good from where I stand.  |
