| I just read about the OCM and can't wait to get the supplies and try it. I was wondering where you purchase your oils and what formulations do you use? |

| I use Sunflower Oil and Caster Oil. I bought both of them at a Health Food Store, but guess the Caster Oil could also be purchased at drugstores and the Sunflower Oil at grocery stores. I started out with the 75/25 (Sunflower/Caster) and have now moved to 50/50. I do this maybe 4 times a week and use a microfiber cloth to rinse my face with. It really does not take a huge amount of time and I find it quite relaxing, too. I use a cleanser when I am done to get rid of the oil left on my face. Some use Johnson and Johnson Head to Toe Baby Wash....I use that sometimes, too. |
