Does anyone know what the right shade is?
I think a normal concealer isnt enough for my circles, and I need something to go underneath it first..does apricot or peach neutralise dark circles? |

I like yellow.. Benefit's 'You're Bluffing'. I do think there are different shades of circle, though. Some people use mauve. Maybe you can go to a cosmetics counter and ask them to try a few shades out |

Everyone has a favorite trick. Bobbi Brown makes a neat little compact with a "corrector" (either bisque or peach) and a concealer (many different shades and intensity levels, in addition to a pale yellow setting powder. Fits in the purse and nice for touch-ups since it has a tiny mirror. This concealer/corrector has a fair amount of moisture so it doesn't dry the undereye area out, but I still use eye cream beneath it.....just because.
The peach or bisque (apricot-like) corrector goes on first, then the concealer where needed. I use bisque and it really does cancel out those dark circles. |

Thanks, I thought peachy shades were the way to go!
I've been looking for a salmon shade concealer ever since watching the Eve Pearl video on youtube, but I think my circles are so bad, I'll need a correcter as well as concealer! |

If you would like to try powder correctors and concealers, take a look at Everydayminerals products. They have corrects and concealers in various colors. Pink, yellow, peach. Samples are readily available for sale too, for you to test out. My eye circles need a combination of pink and peach to neutralize. I've found the range of powder concealers to be very helpful if finding out what works best for me. |

I actually think it's better to go to a cosmetic counter and try out different shades. Laura Mercier and Becca have tons of choices. Layering too much can be quite chalky. |

I just saw an interview yesterday with Bobbi Brown and she was saying that the circles can actually change color which means that your normal concealer won't work on certain days. Ask your makeup advisor about this. She said the peach corrector is the one that is needed on really tired, dark days. |

Yeah, I noticed this. That's why I use mineral make up concealers. You can adjust the colours easily. And the shelf life of the concealers is much longer. |

Any concealer yellow-based will offset the dark under eye circles. To conceal redness choose a concealer green-based. |

Thats not true. I personally have very bad dark rings. When I use yellow undertone concealer, it make it even more obvious cause its greyish and you can see the dark circles under the yellow.
Now I use the BB corrector in dark bisque (red undertone). It works AMAZING. it absolutely conceals all the blue/black under my eyes. Then to brighten the area up again, I apply a little foundation or amazing cosmetics concealer (a little yellow undertone).
But to completely conceal dark rings, red/salmon concealer is the way to go. |

You should try heading to Sephora and have the ladies try products out on your, so you know if it will work or not. When I'm unsure of a color I do that and find something that is perfect for me then reorder online. |
