I was on Cynthias website and just wondered if anyone has heard of this device before or better yet has used it. If so what kind of results did you get???? |

Hi,
I used it quite awhile ago. It does give dramatic results though temporary. I did see a general change that wasn't temporary, slightly fuller lips and better color.
I found the Flexeffect program helpful almost immediately though not everyone will respond as quickly in the same areas.
I no longer use the Luscious Lips device because I no longer need it.

I would think if you constantly stretch out your lips you will eventually end up with more wrinkles on your lips |

I have it and use it occasionally for an amusing, very temporary "collagen injection" look to my lips. The thing I don't like about it is the red dye comes off. If you have any moisturizer or lotion on your skin the dye will get on you (easy to wash off though) ... and when you clean the device afterward, the dye comes off all over the tissue. |

I agree re: the FE lip exercises - great effect on the lips and also taking a hyaluronic acid supplement daily. |

Hi, I have used it for years. It looks sooo odd, but really works! I use it before my lipliner/lipstick, really does plump your lips! |

Any suggestions for those of us who have narrow faces. I went ahead and purchased it but even with turning it upside down like it instructs I still can not get good suction. Maybe Silly Putty??? |

Hi Kay,
I had Cynthia Rowland's LL device & I also have a thin face. Honestly, I tried to turn it upside down too, and it was hard to get it to stick to the face. I think what I did that worked the best was suck in to create a seal. All in all though, I felt the most plump I got was about 1 hours worth...then my lips would return back to normal. Plus, eventually I ended up cracking the plastic because of all the manuevering to create the seal. So... after doing much investigation online, I found the Lips2kiss system. I feel that system has been the best investment in lip anti-aging and returning my lips to a much better place. It's not inexpensive, but the ingredients are good and the results even better. The vermilion border of my lips is much more defined, my lips are plumped, that crinkly look my lips had is totally eliminated and the lines above my lips are slowly going away as well. Of course, as with everything, you must continue to use the products in order to maintain results. However, the results are well worth it to me. I am not constantly applying the stuff all the time anymore. I do use the lip glosses though instead of going back to regular waxy lipstick. I truly believe her theory that using lipstick and/or chapstick shuts down your body's natural ability to keep them moist and eventually, your lips become crinkly and smaller with age. Check out her site or the Lips2kiss thread here. Honestly, this stuff works and was worth it to me. The LL device is fun ~ but just didn't give me any long lasting results. I also wonder about the constant pulling out and then deflating again. Kind of like blowing up a balloon and then letting the air out over & over. I wonder how many times you can actually do that without creating some kind of damage, ya know? Sorry if I burst your bubble. Best regards, Aprile |

I just purchased the Jolie Lip Plumper that was mentioned a few posts back and it works great! I like the mouth piece much better as it is rubber and fits my face perfectly. |
