Made My Own Avocado Soap-- Works Well

Someone brought up an old thread about avocado oil and I got the idea to make some soap with it. I had some organic soap base and poured about 2T A. oil, 2T grapeseed oil, 2T jojoba oil, some vit E oil, and about 1T coconut oil. The soap is very emoillent and yet it still cleans. I don't have to put lotion on my hands or face after I wash with it and I have dry skin. It's probably the most emoillent soap I've ever used. I'm a little proud of myself.

PS there was nothing to it also. I just melted the base, stirred in the oil, and poured the mixture into molds. Very inexpensive and quick.

I think next time I'm going to add castor oil and some lavendar essential oil.

edit: I did feel like I needed lotion on my face, but not my hands.

I love making my own soaps out of a goat's milk base. I've added jojoba oil and grapeseed oil in the past but have never tried avocado oil or coconut oil. I'll have to give those a try - thanks for the suggestions. Since my face is combo, I also love to add a clay and use the soap on my face.
