I used to do facial exercises but 24 hrs or so after doing them my jaw line would become itchy, full of hives, bumps and all sorts of weird stuff that took about a week to go away. I bought a Tua Viso but even that brought the bumps on (sold it now tho). Can anyone explain this or has somebody else had a similar experience.

sounds like what I get -I think it is called Contact dermatitis. But for you it comes out near the lymph nodes -
What to do about it...
start off slow - just once or twice a week and half the ocunt for any exerices. Ice the area after that gets the bumps - maybe a benedryl cream to calm the hives. Maybe witchhazel.
Or Maybe start off with just simple massage - see how your reaction is to just that. |

It goes without saying to wash hands and face well before and after massaging and exercising! |
