I read on an acne site that either drinking lemon w/ water or vinegar with water greatly helped their skin. (I would worry about my teeth).
I was at that integrative pharmacy store today and a woman said that apple cider vinegar won't help but drinking aloe juice will.
Anyone try it? Results and how long did it take? |

Not sure why I stopped (probably laziness) but I was drinking aloe juice everyday for awhile and at the time my skin was acting pretty decent. I have no idea if it was because of the juice though. I'm having some breakouts again now so since the stuff is sitting in my fridge I might as well give it a another whirl and see if it seems to help. BTW, I was also using it as a toner. I'll post an update soon. |

i have not tried drinking aloe vera juice daily but I don't have problem drinking apple cider vinegar.
It helps me to keep my fats in check and it cures my soar throat pretty fast whenever I have one. |

I like to drink Aloe juice. It seems to help naturally with acid reflux (hearth burn) and digestive. I buy mine from the health food section at Loblaws. The brand is Aloex and it is $10.00 for a bottle. |

I read in one book written by a derm. Dr. Jeanette Graf that we should have a more alkanine PH. She suggests lemon slice in water as when it is processed by the body it is alkanine.
Dr. Graf wrote the book "Stop Aging and Start Living".
I use ACV as a rinse for my hair. It seems to close the cuticle so my hair appears shiny. Just a couple of tablespoons to a glass of water. I don't drink it. |

Hi Autumn 1995,
That intrigue me as lemon should be acidic but it turns alkaline when it's processed by body. |
