And I'm more interested in one that's good for Asian skin. I am normally a little tanned in summer but want to add some colour in winter months. |

I would suggest trying one from a mineral makeup company. Most have samples for reasonable cost.
From the drugstore Rimmel has good ratings on makeupalley. I have a cheap one from Bonne Belle that I really like. Sun Glitz is a loose powder. This also had a good rating on makeupalley. It is a golden slightly shimmery bronze. |

I am braislian - light olie w/blue eyes. so that means, bronze on cheecks, pink lips, dark, dark eyes.

personally, i would go with light black around your eveys...but not too much. if you can get small extentions (not small, not hoochie) do that. And go for a nice golden on cheecks. then a nice glossy pink on lips. LOTS of black mascara. Hair down. guys love that . they want to touch it. |

I'm asian as well. NC 30 in mac...
I LOOOVE my Nars Laguna. I've also used Dr. Hauschka's bronzer (purchased from EDS), and like it as well.
I don't mind Benefit's Dallas - but that's a little stronger in colour and not as natural in my opinion... |

I'm looking for a bronzer as well. I have lighter skin, blue eyes and brown hair...my makeup (mac) is elsewhere atm, and I don't have it memorized what shade I am. I am thinking about getting some Benefit Hoola....anyone have any comments on this? I have owned nars orgasm blush and kinda liked it, good color but other than that I wasn't totally amazed (maybe it was the crappy brush I was using)...so maybe I should try laguna. I keep hearing about it, everyone seems to like it a lot. The two look really close to being the same color...has anyone tried both and have a comment on which is their favorite?
btw, I really want totally matte bronzer (for contouring) Preferably something more buildable...my skin can go from super light to fairly dark over the course of a year.
Is laguna shimmery at all? I know hoola is not. |

How about MAC Sculpt and Shape Powder? |

I use Benefit's Hula. It's a great product and it lasts forever! It's in a cute box, but I don't like the brush that comes with it. Use a fluffy powder brush or even the MAC 187 for a nice even application. You can also use it for contouring your cheekbones and jawline. |

For Asian skin tone it“s always good to use foundation and powder with a yellow undertone. Although many Asian women believe they need to wear pink makeup shades to counteract their natural skin tones, this creates a very unnatural, outdated look. Using yellow-based products do not make Asian women look more yellow, but rather they produce a natural, flawless look that is modern and beautiful. |

I am from cold weather in Canada. My skin is pretty normal but I do use heavier moisturizer in the winter when it's really dry here. I think I might try the Nars one as I love some of their other stuff. I saw the Benefit at the store. I wasn't sure if I liked the colour at the time but I might give it another try. |

I have Benefit's Hoola...don't like that as much...
Laguna has a bit of shimmer. But its looks really fab on the skin, not glittery or anything. Its more like a gold sheen, but very light.
My go-to bronzer is 100% Laguna, followed by Dr. Haushka (no shimmer, matte finish), follwed by Dallas (which is a little bit of a bronzer and blush combined).
Orgasm is great, but I LOOVE the cream blush - Turkish Red. Looks scary in the pan, but very natural on the cheeks |
