I'm intrigued by the Karin Herzog prof cleansing cream due to my extreme sensitivity and dryness caused by Taz. Is this safe for acne-prones generally? Right now I'm using straight Baby Oil for both my AM and PM cleansing, so is there really much of a difference between the two to justify the cleansing cream? Thanks everyone!

I've never used baby oil to cleanse my face but I do use the KH professional cleanser every night and I love it. I think it would be OK for someone with acne to use. It does not leave an oily feel and comes off nicely with cotton squares. It also helps with the flakies I get from using Retin A. I just apply the prof. cleanser, massage in, and the dry skin just rolls off.

I love KH cleansing cream. I've used it for a very long time. My skin is oily but has the dryness that happens at 50 years of age - kind of a difficult time for skin! I would never use baby oil on my face (which I believe is a mineral oil?)

OMG.... Kh is great stuff. If you are seeking to save some money my rec is to get Castor oil (purified/cold-refined) and jojoba and combine 60/40 and use this to wash with. I do this also and it's quite lovely. And cost effective. In fact I'm going to go this route for a while when I use the KH
