I don't think *your* recipe is meant for OCM. This seems almost identical to what you posted, and is meant as a "moisturizer" for oily skin;
Oily Skin Treatment
1 ounce jojoba oil
3 drops lavender oil
2 drops lemon oil
2 drops tea tree oil
2 drops ylang ylang oil 1 drop geranium oil
1 drop orange oil
1 drop rosewood oil
Place the jojoba oil in a clean container, add the essential oils, and turn the container upside down several times or roll it between your hands for a few minutes to blend. Apply one or two drops to your skin as a moisturizer. Jojoba oil is very similar in composition to your skin's own natural oils, and helps to balance oil production. It does not aggravate acne.

That's very interesting that's the first time I've seen that sight but like with many blends a lot can be used for either, the essential oils are known for helping oily skin, it's not suprizing that anyone who researches aromatherapy would put together the same EO's in a recipe for oily skin! I don't think I would say *mine* is identical almost.

I do the classic 60/40 blend of castor and jojoba for OCM and it's great. I also use this same stuff for the Tanaka massage and then wash afterward. (two birds with one stone!) If I had some of those fancy-shmancy EO's Ladies, I'd probably make me up a moisturizer too! I'm sure it's wonderful since I love using the jojoba on my oily skin.
Maybe someday when I open my apothecary..... |

From my research oils alone aren't really moisturizers, you need a humectant for that! That's why I always put my oil blends UNDER a daily or nightly moisturizer!
The addition of essential oils is if course a matter of choice I happen to have a large "apothecary" full as I adore the benefits to the skin for OCM and as a skin treatment. If you learn about the many uses you might be quite amazed!
