Fusion Beauty LipFusion XL

i ordered 2 lipfusion XL, 2 Janson Beckett BeautiFULL Lips Lip Plumper, and Sothys Secrets Intensive Lip Care from eds, after many weeks of reading and researching.
though the lipfusion XL does not contain niacin to make lips pink, nor dipalmitoyl hydroxypoline and palmitoyl oligopeptide (collegen & hydration), i gave it a go since there were some members that had good results with it.
LipFusion XL:
Polybutene, Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Silica Silyate, Triisostearoyl Citrate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Flavor (Aroma), Silica Dimethyl Silyate, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Atelocollagen, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hexylene Glycol, Menthoxypropanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Propylparaben, Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Butylparaben.
so saturday afternoon, while on lunch break, i was rev'ed to get started on my 'fatter lip' project. i had a brilliant idea to start this weekend for new fat lips. i ran out with a co worker to get some lip plumpers till i get my delivery from EDS. i got the lipfusion XL, too faced lip injection extreme, and the anatasia brow growth serum. getting back to work, i ran into the washroom, quickly exfoliated my lips using a rough hand towel that i carry in my bag (yah, i know i'm weird), and applied an ample amount of lip serum to my lips. i think it was an overkill because it spread beyond the borders of my lip area.
it is a nice glossy moisturizer, as it is not sticky but smooth. it is a clear high gloss that feels comfortable to wear. once applied, there is a slight tingling sensation that lasts for 10 minutes, which is not painful nor uncomfortable.
i left the gloss ample over and beyond my lips as a good measure to start 'my weekend project' and left the washroom to resume work. i don't wear much makeup, only eyeliner, so i must have looked really strange. all my coworkers being male stopped at smirked at me. the one coworker who already knew about my fat lip mission, cocked one eye close to my lips, exclaimed loudy, OMG you're lips are huge! and laughed. everyone started laughing. of course, it was only a few minutes since i had applied the product and i knew nothing had happened.  i'm the only female at work so i have to endure these savages!
while working i tried to block distractions out and 'feel' my lips. i swear after 10 minutes or so, i felt my lips becoming slightly numb. as though my lips were not sitting in the proper and usual placement relative to my whole face. i kept gazing at my magnified mirror...
my lips looked super smooth, lines diminished, looked poutier, and looked bigger. they definitely looked slightly bigger and the super nice thing was my lip color looked pink.
at home, i exfoliated again, and reapplied. after half and hour, i went to my make up table, turned on all blaring lights and flipped over my 20x magnifying mirror. my lips were the prettiest pink colour. i hadn't had that natural youthful lip color in a long time. (i find with age my lips have become darker and blotchy looking. even more so when i am fatigued). i examined every angle up close. my lips definitely looked fuller, smoother, and pink!
a few hours later, in preparation for bed, i re-did my lips for the nighttime treatment. i woke up with all the product gone and its probably over my pillow. my lips are hydrated and pouty, and still pink. i'm happy with the results!!! and it hasn't even been 24 hrs yet.
i still have to use it for a few more days, but even based on my results for a 24 hr period, i recommend!!! what is there not to love? the tube is pricey at $50 but to me i would rather buy something expensive that works, and if it works then i'll use it. if it is a product that is effective and that i will actually use, then to me that is a SAVINGS! i have bought tooooo many products for skincare, hair, and makeup that i end up throwing out or 'storing', and to me, those are all a waste of money.
i'm going to continue with the XL, then later experiment by combining the XL product with Too Faced Extreme, sothys, and Janson Beckett. |

yah i awaiting the janson beckett BFULLips with the argiline in it. yay!
and still have to try the lip injection extreme.
also hopefully i see some nice results with sothys. probably get nice colour according to the ingredients. (sothys products are so nice)
i opted not to order the hydro peptide on EDS but perhaps for my second order of lip plumpers, i'll squeeze that in.
if all goes according to plan, i may have to change my username to "FAT LIPS"! 
i wish! have a great weekend skippie.

Great review 
I too love Lip Fusion XL, I get a good effect even applying it over the top of my other glosses/lipsticks. Good packaging too - you can kinda use it as a mirror. Bonus!

its so nice to be on this forum with ladies. the girls understand where i'm coming from. guys at work today are making fun of me... telling me to give them $30 bucks and holding up rubber bands and rubber punch stamps, and saying i can get bigger lips with a discount. sheeesh!
they're younger than me, but i tell'ya, i look way better than them! men! 
ps i read on other threads that it is more effective after exfoliating. even read some women use their electric toothbrushes and baking soda. this forum and the member rock, eh?! love it! have a FAB day! |

ohhh how long have you been using it becks? have you noticed cumulative effects with XL?
i did the night time treatment again last night and applied again this morning. i almost couldn't tear myself away from my magnifying mirror! i definitely could see my lips were swollen... all the lines were filled and plump. so much so, i swear, my bottom lip top was full and taller. but the thing i couldn't get over was my lip color was soooo pretty. almost a uniform light pink.
i'll experiment with the lip injection extreme till my EDS order comes in. i can't wait to get my hands on the janson beckett beautifull lips!
i wonder if my lips will balloon out and i'll no longer be able to speak properly?! my friends will call me MUMBLES! yay!  |

has anyone been using lipfusion XL and experienced cumulative effects? bigger the longer you use it? any permanence/lasting effects without the product???

ohhh skippie.... maybe its not suppose to be cumulative; maybe they just write that. i'm sure what they put in it can't change dna sequencing... and if it made our lips permanently larger, it could possible cause other diseases as well.

k, skippie, i'm gonna try massaging my lips tonight... put them through a roller or something.
but your lips definitely look younger, fuller, and pink, right? mine too. i'm using it day and night... it looks really awesome.
i'll try combining XL and lipinjection extreme starting tonight... do a little test. perhaps after awhile i'll try going cold turkey and see what happens. if i come across anything or combinations of that give a cumulative/long term effect i'll let you know. fer sure!
besides, i have more products coming in. something could be the right sequence.

Four days of LipFusion XL.
i used the lipfusion XL for four straight days. for evening treatments i was especially careful to thoroughly exfoliate the lips using a rough cotton terry face towel, patting completely dry, and applying ample product to cover my lips plus just enough gloss to pass my lip line.
why use product past my lip line? i noticed with age, that my lips look flatter against my face. i remember when i was younger, my lips protruded more... they jutted out and were pink and poutier.
during the days, i reapply and sometimes quicky exfoliate and apply. this depends if my lips feel dirty or built up. i would say during the day i apply or reapply 3-5 times. during the day i have to be more careful not to get the gloss beyond my lipline... as i look like a ate a greasy popsicle or something.
my best day was after the 3rd day. the fourth day of XL was the best day of my life. my lips were absolutely full and totally plump. the biggest lips i had ever had! juicy lips! again, a really pretty pink color... a soft pink and makes me think of bubble gum and barbie dolls. i love it!
in fact on the fourth day my lips actually felt they were sitting altogether differently than before. in close range, with a 20x mirror, i was mesmerized by my lips. the bottom lip swelled so much that it was plumper and taller. there was no imagining it.
this product exceeded my expectations. truly!
this product is 5 out of 5! i recommend! |

I have been using LipFusion XL for about 6 weeks now. The cost seemed a bit high but the reviews finally compelled me to take the plunge.
What a great buy! This product is a real keeper. My lips are smoother and much fuller. No adverse effects. No sensation at all really. The only thing is I notice a medicinal smell when I open the tube. That is the only negative. It really does a very nice job. I will definitely purchase this product again. |

llina, come to think of it, the XL smells more like nail polish. I know this sounds a bit crazy. There is a certain sweetness to the smell so I can see why it might seem a bit like candy. This disappears right away once it is applied. I don't do anything particularly special to my lips. Apply the LX, then one of my usual assortment of lip colors and I am on my way. |

this a fabbb!! i gotta say, it pumps u up!
the more days that i used it, the bigger my lips became. i used it for four straight days, and could not use it any longer since i had other products to test.
if you're looking for a huge pout with spring pink lips, this is it!
exfoliate quickly and then apply. use at least for 3 days as a nighttime treatment and throughout the day. i guarantee you'll see luscious results!
p.s. i'm still keeping the JB beautiFUll lips to outline my lips. it gives amazing definition! love it! |
