Has anybody ordered from this company? Did you have any problems with them?
I've seen it's URL address mentioned a few times on the sunscreen threads by forum members. I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago for some LRP products. Haven't received anything yet and no reply to my emails. It shouldn't take this long for a package to be sent from Germany. The website says 3-7 business days. If the items are not in stock they should have informed me when I placed the order.  |

I have placed 2 order from them, and have not had a problem. They sent confirmation emails too. Very strange!! I hope it works out!  |

I haven't ordered from them before. I was planning on it some time ago but their postage to Australia wiped out any savings really.
I'd suggest you email them and ask for an update on the order. |

| Toe - I recently ordered from them. I got an interim email saying that some LRP items were out of stock and my delivery would be delayed (I ordered some LRP FE sunscreen SPF60). But I eventually got it -- didn't take 2 weeks though. |

Thanks for the replies.
I emailed them again. Managed to get a reply this time. Strangely enough they said that they had just shipped it today. Coincidence? 
I always love it when you chase up missing items and they tell you that it's just been shipped. 
Let's hope it doesn't go missing in the post.  |

Hi Toe (or anyone else)...
How did it go with BCE? Did you have any problem iwith your parcel?
I just placed an order last night and was a bit worried cause the site kept prompting with message of "unsecure something".
But the prices are so low I got distracted anyhow!
Now I am more sober and started search in EDS and came across this post! Hope you will put my mind at ease...thanks! |

I did receive my order in the end. The delivery was quite slow though.
I actually needed to return one of the products as they had sent the wrong thing. When I emailed them to find out if they had received the package I had returned to them they were very slow to reply. They eventually replied to let me know that they had received it and that they would refund my money. The refund was also very slow.
Everything about this company - delivery of products, response to emails, refund of money seemed to be slow.
Still, that might just have been my particular experience and you might not have any problems at all. Others have ordered successfully from them. |

Thanks for the quick reply Toe...
One more thing I forgot to check with u T, were the products fresh/new?
I just checked the website again and thankfully my status has gone from Pending to Processing! It has beeen 18 hrs so I was getting a bit worried...
Anyway I'll just keep my fingers crossed, nothing I can do abt it now...but I must say the prices are very good though...

The products were fine. They appeared to be new stock. They weren't close to expiry date or damaged goods.
Hope you get your order delivered quickly. |

I just received my packet yesterday, just in time for my Christmas present... Yipee!!!
Online Shopping is the Best
There was a little delay shipping (slight hiccup with my payment authorisation), so the products left BCE on 13th Dec, but the Customer Service was OK.
All the products are in good condition, new, and complete. Only downside is they are not too generous with free samples (unlike EDS) and some of the packaging are kinda squashed (not enough cushioning/wrapping), but the products inside are intact... |

| They must be a reputable "go between" the U.S and the European customer. I recently discovered that the Paula's Choice line is stocking product with them. I would give it a chance if I were living in Europe. Good luck ladies! |

| It is strange when it takes a lot of time to get confirmation email. I don't like such companies, because don't like to lose my money.
