Sounds amazing!!! I don't have any wrinkles (yet), is this ok for any age?
Sounds so yummy I just want to try it already!!! |
It's nicely moisturizing I don't have any wrinkles and I am 56 today! I love the fragrance free my eyes are sensitive, Garden Botanika also make lighter eye creams but this has great moisturizing properties and no tearing eyes, that's a biggie for me! I have a ton of ex- eye creams that get used on cuticles ect. LOL
It's also on sale from $30 US to $20 US!

Have you ever tried Dr. H eye cream (the daily tube one)? How does it compare? |
That makes my eyes tear! I have searched and searched and I really love this eye cream, it keeps a nice level of moisture without being heavy and I get no irritation. But I do have reactive eyes that don't tolerate most things! Skin no problem but eyes go into tearing with a lot of eye products |

DM,
Does that mean today is your birthday? If so I hope it is the best yet and if not I hope it's the best day ever anyway! You are so generous with your time and helpful to all here!
Thanks,

OIL blends FOR AROUND THE EYES based on age
(sorry to the author - cant remeber where I found this)
18 TO 25 YEARS
2 teaspoons Hazelnut Oil
2 drops Borage Seed Oil
1 drop Chamomile German
1 drop Carrot Oil
25 TO 40 YEARS
2 teaspoons Hazelnut Oil
2 drops Borage Seed
3 drops Evening Primrose
2 drops Lavender
1 drop Lemon
1 capsule Vitamin E
2 drops Carrot
40 TO 45 YEARS
2 teaspoons Hazelnut Oil
6 drops Evening Primrose
2 drops Borage Seed
2 drops Palmarosa
2 drops Lavender
1 capsule Vitamin E
3 drops Carrot Oil
MATURE YEARS
2 teaspoons Hazulnut Oil
5 drops Jojoba Oil
2 capsules Vitamin E
1 drop Lavender
1 drop Lemon
1 drop Bois de rose
3 drops Carrot Oil
* 1 capsule Vitamin E = 250 IUs
Mix the ingredients together well and use the lightest amount around the eye area. Weight around th eye area causes it to sag - and that applies to all oils and creams. Leave the oil for a few minutes and then gently wipe off the excess. Apply the oil every night.

or if those bother your contacts: (off make-up alley)
Touch of Mink - Mink Oil • Treatments (Eye)
This is the only oil that I know of that you can rub straight into your eyes or on your lips. Even contact lens wearers it doesn't leave a film. Mink oil is the closest oil that naturally resembles the oils in our body. It mimics our own natural sebum (oil glands). |
