Hi Everyone!
I purchased this IPL/SPL device from a company named Biotechnique AVANCE. I was offered a very good deal on this piece of equipment, but I am skeptical because the deal was almost too good to be true. I have been using it, but I am not sure if it is working...I have until the beginning of August to return this for a full refund.
So, has anyone used this device for hair removal or general dermatology? Has anyone heard of this company? Has anyone dealt with this company? Any advice and input would be greatly appreciated. Your input will help me in making my decision to keep this device or return it.

I just wanted to update everyone on the SPL device that I purchased from Biotechnique AVANCE. After a lot of frustration with the company and the device continuously malfunctioning, I have returned this machine, the SPL600. I used the device according to instructions in an exact and meticulous manner. I had no positive results whatsoever. The machine did not work for epilation or for any general dermatological procedures
The worst part of the entire experience is the fact that the company had to replace the device 4 times, and they still could not manage to send one that functioned correctly.Please keep in mind that I tried to work with them and this all occurred over a period of 5 months. Now I am waiting to see if the company actually processes my refund. I am skeptical, so I have already contacted my credit card company.
The take-home message from my experience is that when something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Buyer beware of Biotechnique AVANCE, which also has other aliases if you complete a google search on this company.
I have never complained about any other company. I am doing this now because I do not want this company, Biotechnique AVANCE, to scam anyone else! |
