Nope because all of those contribute water to your intake. |

The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day. |

I drink green tea mostly and drink it all day long and I know I am not even close to shriveling up and blowing away! The only time I drink a lot of plain water is when we have had hurricaines and lost power for a week, bottled water was the only option! |

I usually drink flower tea. Green tea is good for oxidation resistance,but the stains make me see my dentist more frequently, so I got rid of it |
