One more question about sunscreen,,i thought it should be a different topic since the question is different...Do u guys think that if i want a good protcetion form sun and i spend lets say everyother day outside in the sun for a continouos period of 40 minutes,,then is a day moisturzier with spf 30 enough to give me all the protection that i need ? or do u think that i should use a sunscreen with a higher spf that is only a sunscreen and not a moisturzier...? does that make a difference in the protection level ?
My skin is sensitive to sun and get blotchiness etc very easily if not taken care of..
Helppp required plzzzzzzz

Is it a chemical or physical ss? A combination of the two? Also, what are the percentages?
You need to work out the PPD (UVA) and whether its photostable. Gnerally though, I wear an spf 30 in the winter, and spf 50 PA +++ in the summer (now I'm wearing the 50). |

As long as it contains broad spectrum protection. An SPF of 30 blocks approximately 97% of UVB rays. But for UVA protection you need to look out for ingredients such as zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, avobenzone, tinsorb and mexoryl.
I personally prefer to use an SPF around 30 with a high concentration of zinc oxide.

I think 30 is good. If you are going to be outside all day in direct sunlight...you need to re-apply every 3 hours.
Thats the biggest secret. |

| moisturers with spf 30 pa+++ uva uvb better, but not enough when near the water,and outdoors for a whole day, on top of that, i would add one more layer of pure sunscreen spf45 haha |
