From Feb of 2010, acne started to cover my forehead and the both sides of my nose and above mouth. Yesterday, I went to made an informal examination of my skin in a locol FANCL HOUSE. They said my ckecks were relatively dry and there was loss of collagen on my forehead, things like that...

I surely had zits before, but this time is absolutely most serious of all time. No only does it ruin half of my face, but it also lasts too long for me to take it.

Seriously, I don't think I'm under too much pressure at during this period of time. And besides, I think my health condition is also OK. I mean, I did go to bed late from time to time, but it's only 1 in the morning, not really that late.

So the only two unfavourable things came to my mind are, first, I have to face computer all day and second, I have used Clinique Moisture Surge.

For the second one, although some girls love Clinique, but it's really not for my skin. The ingredient salicylic acid thinned my skin and make me a little bit sensitive.

For the first one, does anybody know wether computer work is harmful for skin? And what kind of skin care is requred to rescue me from this condition?

Thank you!

Well it might be pressure that is having a knock on effect. I think its kind of like dominios, you just need one thing to fall down, and it has a knock on effect.

1 in the morning is late. For most people they say that you should be in bed before 11pm because its during 12-1 that something happens with the cells and the body does its deepest rest I think REM or something.

With computers, I think its rays that can be harmful to the skin but I don't think your find medical facts saying so (as there are so many people in the world could you imagine the damage this would cause - some people would be scarred). So if your using a good sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection, I imagine this will also protect your skin from computer rays.
