They'll be discussing the best products; scars; how to get rid of back and belly fat and some other topics that I can't remember, but I set my tivo for it - just wanted to pass it along in case anyone is interested.  |

Thanks for finding that, Bethany. A little disappointing. I thought I may get good tips on getting rid of the belly fat. I guess I just need to get one of those compression garments!  |

Pretty useless I'd say - more like an advertisement for certain products.
Go to a gym and do interval training - Tread mill or one of those big steppers: 60 seconds at a slow walk pace and kick it up big time for another 30 or so - and alternate (15 minutes of this and you'll be dying) Your fat melts, your thights lift, and your endorphins will LOVE you. |

Very disappointing:
"This is great for a woman while she's trying to the lose weight, when she's trying to look good in her clothes," Dr. Lisa says. "This is just going to compress, it's not going to make you lose weight. When you take it off, everything's going to come back out."  |

LOL. I guess we can look good as we are working out trying to lose weight the good old fashioned way! |
