I'm not aware of any procedure to remove scars without surgery. I have numerous scars on my face from a car accident and since starting Obagi Nu-Derm over a month ago, I have noticed that they have flattened some and have a smoother appearance. |

I got the cortisone injection, too, and at first it made the scar caved inward (which is ugly as well), but now it's leveled with some raised spots. Can't seem to win. I try to massage the scars because I'm not sure what's raising them. |

Getting rid of scars is a long process. Among the standard treatments are dermabrasion, use of AHAs, use of Retin-A.
People in this forum have had different levels of success with dermarolling (which would be somewhat equivalent to needling) and copper peptides.
Silicone sheets and mederma also have shown some success in some people. |
