I've bee using frownies for two years and love them. I have basically eliminated my 11's as well as trained my self not to furrow and frown all the time.
But now I'd like to find something similar to wear while sleeping for the top of my cheeks and around my lips. I've developed a habit of pursing my lips that I want to stop, and I want something to help with sleeping on my side (which I can't seem to retrain myself not to do).
I think surgical tape would work for the top of my lip? But for the other contours of my face, I've wondered about support bands that are for sleeping? any tips from DIY'ers? |

Where do you buy surgical tape. Drug store? |

I got a bumper box of 3M micropore medical tape from ebay with the intention to use them like Frownies.
But I still find it comes off during the night (I suppose my forehead gets a little oily, or I just move around too much?). I've never used Frownies but I'd guess they're stickier? Maybe it's just my skin type. |

I can't even get frownies off. I have to sweat them off either in the shower or from execrise. Otherwise i have a big triangular shaped red mark on my forehead. they will not wash off! |

I have read that some ladies have used medical tape instead of Frownies successfully. I have the 3M Micropore medical tape and I have used it for bandages and yes, it doesn't exactly stick tight.
I have seen other thicker, stiffer medical tapes at the drugstore but I have never tried those so I don't know what would work. |

I use micropore on my forehead and I love it. I sleep on my back so that helps. It doesn't come off and I use coconut oil as a moisturiser, so it seems fairly robust to me. I did for a while tear tiny pieces of it and put it under my eyes, that worked too, but I got bored and just do Taneka and Ageless for my fine lines. Best. Hawthorn. |

Try using Furlesse. It's a new product that I just launched for furrow lines. It's a form-fitted patch, made out of medical grade adhesive, that is super easy to apply and take off. It's leaves my skin nice and smooth. |
