I've always had oily, breakout-prone skin and an especially oily t-zone, and I don't know if this is a coincidence or what, but since getting Botox the last time, my forehead is so dry that nothing helps it.

It feels oily in the morning, but still flakes all over the place. Washing it makes it feel horribly tight.

Lately I've taken to just using a washcloth or Clarisonic with plain old water to clean it, but that still leaves it dry.

I've tried jojoba oil, Vaseline, moisturizers of all kinds and even argan oil and *still* it is always dried out.

Do you think it could have been the Botox causing it? And do you have any ideas for what I can use to get it balanced out?

I'm using the Wonderbar to clean my face right now, but don't dare use it on my forehead, just for reference.

I haven't tried Botox (yet anyway) but I have never heard of it causing dry skin.

Since it appears to be effecting only your forehead could it be your Shampoo? Maybe you should try switching shampoo and see if that helps. Also don't wash with hot water, use lukewarm as hot is very drying. Be sure to apply your moisturizer while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture. You may want to apply a thin layer of vasoline overnight to see if that helps. Supplements of HA, Omega 3's 6's and flaxseed should also help.

Biosil is very good for curing dry skin.
