 I now live in the Netherlands and can not find a place to thread eyebrows or cream bleach for facial hair can anyone help or lead me the right direction.

What city do you live in? There's a big ethnic community in Netherlands and usually they do threading in indo-pakistani salons.
My cousin lives there too, maybe she can point you to a salon in your city.... nothing beats threading  |
