Has any of you girls taken DMAE supplements for the skin? and have you noticed any improvements?

I am VERY interested in this. I was interested initially for its possible hormonal benefits...but equally for skin and body...was gonna ask my doctor about it, but I may purchase some online as a trial. Not something to be messed with though..... |

| Perricone recommends DMAE supplements though. I didnt know it has side effects. yikes |

My friend was recommended taking it for her skin by her doctor, I didn't know about the side effects though.. |

Seems a bit scary, in my opinion. All those secondary effects. The other day I was reading You: Being Beautiful (I also read "You:staying young", very nice)and it said that is also not good if applied on the skin. I felt a bit sad after reading that since I was looking forward to try it  |
