I have used all the creams, lotions and potions, dry brushing etc for fighting cellulite and non seem to work! I'm getting very frustrated since it's the summer time. I hear raves about the derma-roller. I've never used it and I don't know where to purchase it since I live in Canada. There seems to be different types of versions of the derma-roller...and i don't know the difference either. Also I'm thinking about doing cellulite treatments such as Velashape. Anybody can recommend anything other than creams/dry brushing which i've already tried. I need something more evasive

Thank you

Keep in mind with treatments like velashape they dont actually get rid of cellulite they only reduce the appearance so its a temporary fix unless you plan on getting the treatments indefinelty.

IMO the best way to reduce cellulite is to reduce body fat%, even if you don't need to lose weight as skinny people can have cellulite too.

I'm looking into taking the plunge of dermarolling also. I recommend reading the dermrolling instructions from OwnDoc. I printed it out because it's long but it will give you info on what you need to order ect.

http://dermaroller.owndoc.com/dermaroller-instructions.pdf

OwnDoc also has a forum where you can ask questions. Here is an article about Cellulite on their website.

http://www.owndoc.com/dermarolling/what-to-do-about-cellulite/

BTW their website states it accepts currencies from all over the world.

I've also read that some have had success with vaculifter .

I hope this helps! Smile

There is a ginormous thread in the DIY forum on dermarolling that you should check out.
