Has anyone tried this recipe. Since it's in an anhydrous silicone base I don't think it's acidic is it? So I can avoid the 30 mins wait time to apply other products?
Also with layering serums as long as they aren't acidic I don't need to wait any longer than time for it to absorb to apply another product do I?
