I love everything about this balm/mask. It smells divine and makes my skin look and feel fantastic. I use it when my skin is extremely dry (after laser treatment) or I apply it at night on any red lump or abrasion and in the morning - all healed.
I'll never be without a bottle of this on my dresser. are there any other fans out there? If so, how do you use it? |

This sounds like a great product. Are you able to post the ingredient listing? TIA. |

This is from their website
Rescue: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Vegetable Oil, Epilobium Angustifolium Extract, Prunus Serotina (Wild Cherry) Bark Extract, Ruscus Aculeatus Root Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, D-panthenol, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Peumus Boldus (D-boldine) Leaf Extract (Peumus Boldus) Extract, L-mandelic Acid, Copper Gluconate, Prunus Cerasus (Tart Cherry) Extract, Prunus Avium (Sweet Cherry) Seed Extract, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Benzyl Alcohol
Q. Is Rescue only for dry skin?
A:No. Rescue can also be used to effectively aid skin recovering from peels, laser treatments, waxing, sunburns, windburns and more.
Q. Can I leave Rescue on overnight?
A: Yes. Rescue makes a wonderful overnight mask for irritated and post-treated skin.
Edited to add:
I am thinking about doing a TCA peel and might just get some of this to use afterwards. |

It's been fantastic for me after laser treatment. It stopped my skin from peeling. The one time that I didn't have any my face peeled and cracked and my skin looked like broken meringue. |

I also love this mask! I think I'm on my third jar. It smells great (I can really smell the cherry), smooth consistancy like a thin balm. I use it as a mask after a home peel. My face always looks really moist in the morning. I have tried using it as a balm at night but I found it made any red marks more noticeable, but from the reviews I've read that doesn't seem to be the norm. I think for most people it helps reduce redness. Regardless, I love this as a mask and plan to keep repurchasing. In fact, I have purchased a few other Cosmedix items and so far have loved them all. |
