I read a scientific study on electroporation (needle-free mesotherapy) and wondered it would be useful to penetrate hyaluronic acid and other actives down to the dermis. Does anyone know, or has anyone done this? |

I never heard of that but I do have a Dermawand and they claim that it helps your serum or whatever you use pentrate better if you use the Dermawand over it. |

Thanks Jaclynaz. Do you know if people penetrate oil-based products, or only water? |

I put pure coconut oil on my face and neck I find it helps the Dermawand glide better. You don't want whatever you put on your face to be dry and tacky when using the Dermawand or it will pull your skin. |

Thanks so much. I've been researching the DermaWand after you told me about it. It looks like a great phototherapy tool. |

There are quite a few devices that push actives deeper, like galvanic, high frequency, ultrasound, and others. Dermarolling is probably the most affective though but also more invasive.
I have ordered a dermawand but haven't received it yet. |

Theres a High Frequency entirely devoted to the use of these devices. You will be able to find it when doing a search for High Frequency. |
