I am considering this as a first led device. Money is an issue, this seems to offer the best of blue and red. I read the reviews on ledman here and in general they seem okay.

Any reason not to try this device out?

I can not decide. It is a toss up for me between a light device and a clairsonic mia, i have had the clairsonic b4 but did not like it , felt it was to intense for my skin but i never tried the gentle brushes.

So what do you think?

Overall skin is okay, i am 26 . Some early signs of aging but not my real concern. My real issue is occasional acne on the chin area, blocked pores / blackheads on nose. So i think the blue light is helpful, but i read blue is good with red together, so this seems like a good combo.

Whats the name of the actual LED device?

I think you should purchase a LED device and an Olay Cleansing System. That way you are getting both the devices you want (or at least similar ones). Also the Olay brush is great, just take a look at make up alley's reviews.
