Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie. I follow a strict skincare routine but unfortunately not such a strict diet (I am a bit of chocoholic, I am just happy none of it goes to my waist). Since this is the case beauty supplements are also included. I have found that the more expensive brands never differ in quality to the less expensive ones. I would like to hear other peoples oppinions on these supplements, what you use, etc?
I am currently taking BioSource but have had my eye on a different brand recently, called Natrol. I take Omega 3 supplements seperately.
I have attached both the ingredient lists for anyone and everyone to compare. Which do you think is better and why?
BioSource:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 30mg
Folic Acid 99ug
Biotin 1.3mg
Equisetum arvense (dry herb extract) 460mg
Silica – colloidal anhydrous 18mg
Silicon dioxide 7mg
Zinc (as Zinc Amino Chelate) 7.5mg
Manganese (as Manganese Amino Acid Chelate) 1mg
Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 3mg
Calicum panthothenate 21.8mg
Betacarotene 1mg
Natrol:
Vitamin A (Vitamin A Palmitate) 2500IU
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 50mg
Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate) 25IU
Thiamin (as Thiamin HCI) S (Vitamin B-1) 5mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 5mg
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCI) 10mg
Vitamin B-12 (as Cobalamin) 25mcg
Biotin 250mcg
Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 4mg
Copper (as Copper Amino Acid Chelate) 1mg
Manganese (as Manganese Carbonate) 1mg
MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) 125mg
Organic Sulfur 42mg
Comprehensive Mineral Complex (from Sea Water) 50mg
Cysteine (as L-Cysteine Hydrochloride) 37mg
PABA (Para Aminobenzoic Acid) 25mg
Burdock Root (Arctium lappa) 25mg
Choline (as Choline Bitartrate) 12mg
Inositol 12mg
Silicon (as Colloidal Silicon) 10mg
L-Glutathione 1mg
Thanks anyone and everyone |
