| does an one who use a eye cream which is really useful to reduce the fine lines? |

I have recently started using the PCA Phaze 12 EyeXcellence Cream and found that it has made the skin around my eye much finer and smoother.... !! Personally, I have found the following:
- fine lines under the eyes have started smoothing out..
- overall smoother appearance under the eyes
- it has lessened the appearance of dark circles under the eyes (particularly on the days when there has been lack of sleep)!
Cons...  m.. can't say I have experienced any negatives about it yet to date. However i think the effectiveness of the PCA eye cream would depend on how deep the fine lines are...mine are not very, therefore i saw the difference within 2 weeks.... for others, it may take a longer time for the effects to show up! |

To be frank there is no miracle product. They may help on finer line but anything u can see clearly is too late.
Just to emphasize... Apply eye cream with SPF during day time is useful to reduce damage caused by UV light. This is one of the cause of fine lines. |
