Does anyone know anything about this?
http://www.ariva.com/obagi-refissa-tretinoin-cream--05-.html
I want .05% GEL because the cream clogs up my pores and is just terrible for me. But I can't remember what the clogging ingredient was, ISO- something right? Maybe this will work okay on my skin? Ariva doesn't offere .05% gel. I bought some Indian kind from AllDayChemist and I don't think it works that well, so I have to cough up the money for the real thing.
(Can't see dermatologist until April, when I've lived with my boyfriend for a year and can be on his insurance. I work for a greedy man that doesn't offer insurance to his staff of licensed dental professionals)
If anyone has used this, or can provide any info, please post! Thanks! |

I use Refissa. It is along the lines of Renova, meaning it has a very moisturizing base. I am not prone to breakouts or clogged pores, but I would think this is heavy enough that it may cause that for some people. |

When you can maybe you should consider Atralin. Its .05% tretinion in a gel base that is not as drying as retin-a gel base.

I use the Atralin. Does not dry my skin out at all. The tube is very large. I have had mine for about a year and only a little more than half gone. |

Atralin is very expensive. I know it is good but I can't afford it. |

My dermatologist gave me a sample of Refissa, saying it was the generic version of Renova and less expensive. I haven't tried it yet. Since it's a collagen builder and I have combination skin, I may start by only using it on the drier areas of my face and neck. I don't think my nose or chin need it since they aren't wrinkled. |

You may want to consider using it all over your face for preventive measures. Tretonin may help to prevent wrinkles from forming. |
