Anyone got any natural DIY methods of getting rid of hand veins that stick out?

I knw lifting hands above the elbows gets rid of them temporarily but i wondered if anyone knew of a longer term solution that wouldn't make you look like a puppet? What about skin brushing? would that help? any other ideas? exercises?

Thanks in advance Wink

Certainly not a DIY method, but the only one I know of is fat injections. Your own fat is harvested from elsewhere on your body and then injected into the backs of your hands. Great result, but costly.

I asked a doctor about this. There's an injection you can get from a doctor that will get rid of your veins. He told me the name of the medication that is in the injection, but I could not pronounce it and won't try. Anyway, if it really bothers you, just ask a doctor, especially one that does skincare, botox, fillers, beauty stuff.

Yes, there are injections to get rid of small, spider veins, but if monkeymagic is referring to the large veins that we all have on the backs of our hands, those injections are not appropriate for that use. You really don't want to "get rid" of those veins! Sometimes, the only veins we can find to start an IV on a patient are the veins on the back of their hands. If you just want to disguise their presence, fat injections AROUND the veins will make them less noticeable.
