Ordering Johnson & Johnson .05 Retin A in Cream from All Day Chemist. Nervous as I used a different kind from medmex. Any experience with Johnson and Johnson Retin A? I already know my skin does fine with it. Tempted to get .1 but am getting married in 8 months and don't want to mess with success |

If you're talking about Retino A (the generic manufactured by J&J), if I remember correctly the base ingredients are identical to the brand-name product. |

Thanks. Yes, it does say Retino A. So I guess you've tried it and found it OK? I just wanted to get a review of it as I didn't want to ruin my skin before my wedding. |

Hi, I bought the .05 retin a cream from All Day Chemist. It looks totally legit and I'm happy with it. I've been using it for over a month now and haven't had any problems. Before I was using a another generic brand, and I actually prefer the J&J brand that I got from ADC. |

Yep, I've used the .05 cream from ADC. Works fine for me. Have used it for >6 months now, after my last prescription tube ran out.
Sometimes I swear the ADC seems milder than the prescription, but it's probably since my skin is more used to it. |

Thank you. I ordered a 1.0 of some other kind, because it is so cheap. I am used to using .05. Maybe I will order two .1's.
I'm also going to try their version of Latisse. |

I used ADC's retin-a micro 0.1 gel as well a few months back. It was definitely stronger. I had flakies and dry skin from that, so I switched back to the .05 cream. The cream is better for me as my skin is slightly dry. The the price, you can definitely experiment! |

I've used ADC's retin a 0.05 for over a year now and have found it to be compatible to my doctor's very expensive prescription. |

I've used the J & J .05% Retino A from ADC for 5 months now. No issues with the quality of the product that I can tell. It is my first experience using Retin A so I had to adjust to the product and had some uglies for a bit but after I was more careful with application and also got used to the product in time, no issues.
What I experienced is normal for all initial usage of this product. If I had just probably used it a little more conservatively, I probably could have avoided the issues I did have. I also was happy with the service extended to me by ADC except they must have shared my email address because I am bombed daily with ------------------, levitra and cialis advertisements. I am not the only person who has reported this. |

Oh thanks! Yeah, if .05 works, I should stick with it. My way of thinking is always if a little is good, a lot more is better! But that could kill my skin, so thanks for the tip. I'll stick with the .05.
Oh, yeah, I remember I made a special email because I forgot about the email, thanks for reminding me. I keep trying to get a pre=paid card as I don't want to risk my regular card, but it seems it is the last thing I remember.
I hope my skin remembers the Retin-A... and I have no break in time, it's been 3 weeks since I ran out. |
