Today is day 5 os using seabuckthorn oil for my rosacea and my skin isnt doing well. I have a bump coming on my chin and
a huge knot popped up last night where I normally dont breakout. My skin looks
redder and I have more blotchiness too. I had to stop using it on my neck and
chest because I was flushing and flaring worse. Now I have bumps on my chest. I
also have a build up that I cant get off and it looks redder underneath. I dont
know what to do. Should I continue? I dont think I do well with oils. Its
like my skin doesnt exfoliate like it should with oils and then it starts
building up. I start rubbing my skin to get it off and some of it started
rolling off. I dont know what to do:( |

How are you using this? It should be diluted or it can stain the skin. |

Sounds like you should listen to your skin stop using it. |

I agree with GirlieGirl .. it sounds like your skin is giving you a loud message. I'd stop it immediately. |
