Does anyone else have a chin like mine?

My problem is that my chin is very fleshy and covered in a lot of fat. When I touch my chin I can squeeze a good 1 inch of flesh/fat before I can feel the actual bone (or what is essentially the actual chin) underneath. This extra layer of flesh/fat is actually making my face look longer as it makes my chin look really long. When I feel the bone underneath, the actual chin stops and if I didn't have the extra layer of flesh/fat I would actually have a small face. It makes my face carry on evn though the chin bone has finished (if that makes any sense).
This 1 inch makes a huge difference in the length of my face. My question is why do I have such a fat chin? Is it fat that I can lose? (I'm actually skinny and have a slim face otherwise with little fat on my face) Or is it flesh that I can do nothing about?

I want my small, delicate, feminine chin which is hidden under there to come out. And I want my face to stop looking so unnecessarily long.

For example people like cheryl cole, natalie imbruglia, olivia palermo, they all have very defined, bony chins with no extra fat on them. You can see there actual chin bone when you look at thier chin.

So my question is does anyone else have this? And is there anything I can do?

I dont think facial exercises would help with it, in fact they may very likely make your chin more bulky...

I dont know if it's fat in your chin area or just bulky muscle but if it's fat and if you want, go for a chin & neck liposuction, it's done under local anesthesia and results would be astonishing! Well defined jaw line! But please, choose a surgeon who is a certifed cosmetic surgeon. Also, I dont know if it's fat in teh chin area or just bulky muscle

Your right, I cant think of any facial exercises that will help. But I am pretty sure now that its fat not muscle that is causing my chin to look so chunky.

You see, I spent last evening examining my baby nephew and nieces faces (poor mites!) and realized they had the same fat/fleshiness to their chins. So I've come to the conclusion that its simply 'puppy fat' on mine. Which is strange however as I have no puppy fat anywhere else- my cheeks are rather slim. It is possible though as Im only in my 20's.

Anyway, I know you cant spot reduce fat but I'm thinking of using one of those fat burning creams on it (I'm desperate!). Some of them say they can help you lose up to 1 inch of fat on places like your belly and thighs. Wonder if it will work on my chin? And I wonder if there is any designed especially for the face?

Try massage, it really helps with getting rid of fat. Check out the no lipo lipo thread and the tanaka thread. And good luck, hope you can use your hands to get rid of it before going down the surgery route, much cheaper!

you can also try facial flex, this has been known to always get fat off peoples faces, my jaw looks more defined and my chipmunk cheeks are becoming slimmer, I am also very slim but with fat on my face. I also do flex effect for upperface. and lots of massage

I was thinking Tanaka also might help, as it seems to reduce chubby faces, and that sounds like the issue is the chubby chin. There is a great thread with free video (in English) on youtube by EpicBeauty.

This is part one in English of the Tanaka massage. It will lead you to parts two and three. Excellent massage. It may help your chin issue somewhat. Good Luck.

When I gain weight, it shows on under my chin. If you lose some weight, it will go away.
