5 days ago I began drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar twice a day in hopes of clearing my cystic acne. I have been on a prescription called "Nicomide" for about 20 years now, but just recently, the 'occasional' cyst has become one after another.
I am hoping that someone can make essential oils recommendations for someone with DRY and fair skin to add to the ACV Toner recipe.

I have a recipe for OCM for dry skin using EO's (can also be applied and left on) you could add the EO's to your toner also, just shake gently prior to use. Just use the essential oils in your toner so skip the Jojoba. 
Great for OCM BLEND FOR DRY SKIN ONLY
1 oz. jojoba oil (or your fave carrier oil)
2 drops myrrh oil
2 drops sandelwood oil
1 drop benzoin rezin
1 drop fennel oil
1 drop frankincense oil
mix in clean container, massage into skin gently wipe off with very warm cloth.....basic OCM method just be gentle, follow with the dry skin oil, I like to use them over still damp skin and rub into the skin well. |
