Have any of you heard about the studies using Botox to alleviate depression? Wow!
I truly believe that we haven't cracked the surface in the knowledge of treating illness, and this is really interesting mind body connection isn't it?
I'm getting botox next week so maybe it will help lift me out of work burnout feeling

Even though I do understand the psychology behind the study, sometimes I believe we just look too deep. To me it is as simple as if I look better I feel better. Of course at the age of 50 I stopped all analysis quit asking why and decided to do what would make me happy as long as it was not problematic or harmful to my loved ones. I'm 61 its working so far.
All I know is when I look better I feel better, I cope better,I feel more in control. I am a much happier person and that reflects well on my husband. |

I wish I could take this to my insurance company. It would be great if they would pay for my Botox!!
Seriously, though, I do have to agree with feeling better when you look and feel more attractive. |

I know what you mean about gaining insight and figuring out your own depression, I don't have a problem with it either, even going through major stuff.
I know! People will be lining up for Botox if this ever gets insurance company approval. FOR SURE!!!!! |
