So has anyone here tried that yet? It looks very promising and I'd like to gather people's opinion on it since it is quite expensive...
It's basically an at home version of a microdermabrasion. From the reviews on that site, it seems to be pretty powerful, however I'm not sure how safe it is exactly |

My opinion is that it is unnecessary. A good physical exfoliant or microfiber cloth is all you need for that type of exfoliation. |

EDS is carrying this now. Any takers?? The reviews on Skincarerx seemed pretty favorable. It doesn't seem too outrageously priced but it may be costly to replace the discs. |

I think the discs are under $20 for the set!
Skincarerx has pretty good customer service overall and you can use things and return them up to a month later now (used to be 60 days).
I have not bought anything very expensive there and had not had to return anything though.
I have to add for Canada shipping, tax and duty are extra..so might not be worth getting personal microderm there.
I actually had to return an item to Skincarerx last year (they send a expired item by accident..just a small deodorant), and the item cost $10 and to send back from Canada would have cost at least $10....
they let me keep it a few extra weeks till I could send it for free from the US.
I'm kind of interested in the Personal Microderm, but I don't think I can use it at all right now...you can't use stuff like that if you have some inflamed skin or blemishes...so maybe later I will consider it. |

I'm kind of interested in it too! I think they recommend using it once a week and each disc is supposed to last for three treatments. I also like the fact that they have three levels of discs to choose from so you could determine what level would work best for your skin. It looks like there's a bit of a learning curve to it as well. All the reviewers were adamant about watching the instructional DVD! |
