hmmmm...so many possibilities Tasha. Do you have dry eyes? Are you around dust or particles floating around in the air? Are you eyes exposed to the wind? Do you put Retin A anywhere around your eyes? Do you wear contacts? If you have dry eyes, Omega 3's are suppposed to help but I've not necessarily found that it helps mine. |

I would say it is most likely the sleeping late. But are you getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep a day? Do you find yourself watching tv or reading most intensively during the day? |

Mountaingirl brings up some good points.
I do have chronic DRYNESS = red eyes.
My optimist suggested Omega 3 and they do help with dryness. It takes about 3 - 4 weeks to see results.
I wear contacts and I found when I changed solutions to one without preservatives it was much better.
I also use dryness drops daily. I prefer Similian (no preservations).
Please do not use Visine on a regular basis. It actually has a rebound effect.
If think it could be allergies, try a decongestant. I like Bendryl but it does have a drowsy effect. |
