Hello,
This is my first post in the forum, would like to know that what would be a good moisturizing cream as there are so many creams in market( aha, cq10, peptides, boots no7 protect and perfect ).
I am male 32 years, and my skin is not that bad for my age, is there any cream which would do all in one i.e moisturizing along with , exfoliation and collagen production? |

Hello, and welcome.
I think an AHA might work for you, because it exfoliates, moisturizes, and over time boosts collagen. Neostrata/Exuviance make a bunch of good AHAs, so you can pick a cream or lotion or whatever suitable for your skin type, and start with like 10% and then work up to 15%.
And a good sunscreen... Do you use sunscreen daily? |

Whether SPF 15 is enough depends on a lot of things: your skin type and skin concerns, the amount and strength of sun you get (as measured by UV index, for instance), the UV filters in the SPF (at least one UVA filter, and stable being better), whether you reapply when necessary, get plenty of antioxs in your diet, etc., etc. Ultimately it's a question each person has to decide for themselves.
The reason I ask is because if you start an AHA program, it could harm more than help if you're not also protecting yourself well enough from the sun. |
