I remember somebody mentioned here previously that Avobenzone cannot be combined with either Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide or otherwise it'll be degrade except if the Oxide is coated? But it's hard to know if it's coated or not if you're just looking at the ingredient list.
But I'm wondering...if Avobenzone is combined with Tinosorb or Mexoryl as well as Titanium/ Zinc Oxide, does that mean it's OK as Tinosorb or Mexoryl is making it stable?
Fellow experts, pls clarify? Thanks! |

| Which product are you referring to? Usually when tinosorb is added, titanium/zinc oxide is not necessary. But as far as I know, there should be less reaction when there is tinosorb/mexoryl but it is still very possible that degradation can happen. |

| hhm I think it's the Loreal sunscreen SPF50 if I recalled correctly. It has Mexoryl, Avobenzone and Titanium Dioxide. |
