hello all
So I'm new to this all and have no idea how to formulate this, so I'll just try I figured my query is most suitable here because it doesn't fit under skincare
So I discovered a small red bump thing on my most intimate yesterday morning. It's less than a centimeter in diameter, but it's red, hard and really hurts. It feels quite like a pimple, but it certainly isn't. I've booked a doctor's appointment already
I was just wondering if anyone else has had something similar or what you would do in my case?

oooh, yikes! I do remember having something like that maybe when I was a teenager(?) and in the habit of wearing super tight jeans. It wasn't on the inside/pink parts. It was probably closer to where pubic hair grows, but uncomfortably close to the pink! I don't know if it was hard, since it was really too painful and scary to touch. I have no idea what it was, probably an ingrown hair? But it cleared up pretty quickly on its own and I like to think I learned my lesson about not wearing restrictive clothing (especially in summertime), making sure panties are cotton for the most part, etc.
If it were me again I'd probably consider something like epsom salt baths. Definitely wear skirts and ahem, as little as possible for a while - give it room to breath.
All the best. I don't know if I'll never forget how uncomfortable that was! |
