| Has anyone tried this product yet? I saw it at Sephora and I'm curious to know how it stacks up against the other two anti-aging serums I'm considering, Prevage and CE Kinerol. If anyone has feedback to share, I'd be grateful. |

Hi marabout --- Peter Thomas Roth is a fine line overall. Because of the high reputation of PTR and terrific reviews at Sephora.com, I was prompted to try this.
Enlarged pores are my primary concern, along with a couple spots of hyper pigmentation on lower cheek.
After using this twice a day for 6 weeks, never noticed a difference. I had hopes when first applying it because there was a slight tingle immediately after application. Only a little bit of product was needed to cover face and neck. The reddish serum didn't leave any traces or cause any irritation. Didn't interfere with additional layers (sun protection, primer, makeup) but for $75 after 6 weeks of use, I do expect to see at least a tiny improvement to justify the price.
I wound up returning this, but skin is such an individual experience. It didn't work for me but it might work for you. If you decide to take the plunge, be sure to purchase from a retailer with a great return policy. |
