I cant seem to find anything on whether or not i should continue to use my exfoliator twice a week still.
Is it ok to use an exfoliant before an at home peel?
Or how long should i wait before using my exfoliant again after a peel? |

| It depends on your skin really... but take things slowly at first and just do peels like once every two weeks. Then if you feel like you need more exfoliation, you can adjust it as necessary |

| normally peel onece a week it better... the new skin comes out about one week... donot use frequently |
